I have hollow echoey sound in right ear when I chew sometimes. I'm not sick; it doesn't hurt. Do not have TMJ (that I know). Had for abt 4 wks. Ideas?

See below: This could be coming from your jaw joint eing out of alignment. Did anything happen in the last ten days that changed things regarding your jaw?
Try moving your jaw side to side and open and close your mouth thast might loosen the muscles and remove the sound your having.
