Oral sex and STDs: Studies show oral sex can transmit STDs and it is not advisable. I'd test you both for all STDs and treat medically if indicated with abstinence until treated. The CDC reports not usual for BV to infect the hands mouth or anus but it can be transmitted from vagina to vagina. Bacterial vaginosis : Bacterial vaginosis is a possibility although it usually is associated with an odor rather than itching and burning. Contact dermatitis is another possibility. It can cause a lot of irritation . Have you changed soaps, detergents, fabric softeners, toilet paper or anything like that recently. The diagnosis of that requires you to be a detective.
