You used an old inhaler (likely a rescue, like albuterol), and got better...Need a new one from your dr or urgent care or er--depending on how bad it is. Recently I have been trying to lose a little weight. I am 90kg and every time I breath heavily my right shoulder hurts a little.?

Pain from diaphragm: That may be pain from your diaphragm. This is the organ that moves up and down below your lungs when you breath in and out. When the diaphragm is irritated, pain is referred to your right shoulder. This is frequently exacerbated when you breath heavily. Not sure why you would have an irritated diaphragm. You should probably get it checked out because it wouldn't be normal in a 34 yo male. ...Read more

Start for 15 minutes per session, & gradually increase the number of sessions & duration to 30 min to get best results. Keep at it ...Read more
