Stomach flu: Sounds like stomach flu (vomiting + diarrhea). Trying sips of water instead of drinking much fluids at a time may be helpful. Avoid solids for now. If you medication to help nausea (phenergan), take that. If you have loose frequent stools, over-the-counter rehydration solution is the way to go. ...Read more

Yes and no: Yes if this is not normal for you but not going to the bathroom for 4 days constitute constipation so just is not but if this happens intermittently then you have to because all the way from irritable bowel syndrome to other mechannical , finctional etc so you decide yoursel the good thing is you are young so thats in your favour but dont ignore and see a physician. ...Read more
