Stage4Cancer(started in breast mid-late 50s female)do u think "Biotech nutritions-Pure Graviola 1300mg"gelatin free dietary supplement would help her?
Probably not: Stage 4 breast cancer requires a lot more than just a dietary supplement. Its very important that she follow her oncologists recommendations. If she wants to to try a nutritional adjunct, there are total immersion programs for cancer. Some examples are Dr Lorraine Day's 10 Step Program for Cancer Treatment and Eden Valley Institute of Wellness. These are both great adjunctw. Best wishes! ...Read more
Considering purchasing the Biotin strength:10,000mcg 100capsules by Natrol through Amazon. Advice please? Do uknow better company for vitamin pills
Some yes, some no: Hi. Good question. A lot of subjective influence and personal preference. We all know it's not necessary, but some people swear they feel better, and that's part of my goal in treating patients. Of paramount importance: don't CAUSE hyperthyroidism in the process. If I add T3 (liothyronine) to l-thyroxine, I add 5 mcg in the morning. It can be adjusted, of course, depending on response and thyroid labs. Cheers! ...Read more

My best friend is thinking about using "garcinia cambogia" diet supplements due to all of the hype about it. Is this diet even effective or safe?
Not effective: Tell your frined to save his or her money. There are no short-cuts, other than surgery, to losing weight and keeping it off. Your friend has to change the foods she eats. Period. The weight loss industry keeps growing because what they offer usually fails and they have many returning customers. Don't let your friend become a victim of a scam. No non-prescription pill can take off weight. ...Read more
Looks reasonable but: I'm fairly impressed with the active ingredients. My only concern is some of the toxic ingredients like titanium dioxide ; acesulfame potassium in the coating ; it probably has gmo-derived corn ; soy but these are in trace amounts so it probably is ok to try. But if your main concern is weight loss also consider http://bit.Ly/178bmuf. Supplements may help but diet is crucial: http://bit.Ly/1dhw9ht. ...Read more
Is it safe to use to 100% natural products? (like products which claim to have coconut & other plant-derived ingredients instead of synthetic ones)
Natural products: can lower the probability of illness but are no guarantee against health problems. Please think holistically. Look at your lifestyle. Do you exercise, get enough rest, etc. All of this helps. Peace and good health. ...Read more

Can i get rid of acne spot Using turmeric powder with yoghurt face mask? I want to use natural ingredient because i cannot afford high end product
How severe is it?: Acne is a serious, chronic, non-lifestyle-related disease that is a grave personal and professional liability. While pregnant, topical benzoyl peroxide is your best friend and is about as cheap as toothpaste at a pharmacy. Price is not a concern if you fail a job interview because of acne -- right or wrong, people regard it as a sign of poor self care. Do right by yourself and your family.. Best. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
What to do if I am in search for a website that sells essential oils, natural supplements and herbal remedies online in america. Anyone?
What do you suggest if i would like to try this well talked about weight loss supplement via garcinia cambogia. Most effective brand?
What I suggest: Hi. Take the $$$ you'd spend on that snake oil and give to a worthy charity, so it actually does some good. Then adopt a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthily, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. There are FDA-approved medications for weight loss with documented safety and efficacy if that's the direction you want to go in. Talk with your doc. Good luck! ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
I've been thinking about taking the weight loss drink mix called plexus slim. Is this a safe thing to do? They claim it's natural
Safe to try, however: Please be aware the term "natural" on a food label is meaningless- foods with gmo's ; toxic chemicals are often labelled natural! however, plexus slim is natural ; appears to be safe. However, there is little evidence it works- see http://supplement-geek.Com/plexus-slim-review-ingredients-side-effects/ the key to losing weight is never a supplement but diet ; exercise- see comment for my advice:. ...Read more
Urgently .. Any reviews about "sundown natural" dietry supplement . Made in usa . Am from egypt and want to buy it . Any reccommendations ?
Costs to see reviews: One problem with supplements is that what's on the label is not always in the product. One company independently assays supps. But you have to pay to see the results! see http://www.Consumerlab.Com/search/sundown-review as best as i can tell sundown natural is decent but i see no reason to choose it above many others. See http://www.Multivitaminguide.Org/ for mulitvit. Reviews(sundown not rated). ...Read more
Any ideas for natural supplements to help with anxiety? Already use chamomile, considering l-theonine. Trying to reduce my ativan (lorazepam) usage.
Complex anxiety: From your additional information, your anxiety is complex. Anorexia nervosa, chronic pain, and adhd all need specialized treatment. I suggest working with your psychiatrist & staying in psychotherapy. L-theanine is effective in some, but magnesium might be better for you (taurate or glycinate would be best absorbed). Also there are passion flower, lemon balm, kava tea, and wild milky oat seed. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
What are your opinion about the " renew intensive skin therapy melaleuca " product in relation to ezcema? I've read great reviews
Not sure: Basically a mosturiser, relatively new. Wrt eczema, any moisturizer can help, especially the one that is used. Vaseline is the gold standard but many many products, which indicate there is not on that works best, so with every skin a ittle different whatever feels the best that is otc, shorten showers, mild soaps, lost of creams and if no better see a derm for rx therapy. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Does exercising (gym, yoga etc.) help avoid remission of adult acne? Has milk to do with acne, i've read it contains oxytocin? I am allergic to milk.
Wrong approach: Ignore everything you read online about acne. With your hair loss, you may want to get with your physician about a hormonal problem. Otherwise, there's no figuring out why some folks have acne into later life. I was able to stop using Rx when I was around 50. Kee it under control with topical benzoyl peroxide or more if is needed -- your physician can help. Best wishes and keep exercising. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
