Very variable: Many people do not have any symptoms of acute HIV infections. The type of symptoms and duration is also very variable. Can after two months of continue flu like symptoms, a person can come repeatedly negative for HIV rapid test or not ?

Go to the doctor: You did not describe your symptoms so I cannot comment. But you need an expert to be with you through this process. If by some fortunate luck you are not infected remember there is now a pill you can take that prevents HIV infection in 100% of the cases. Go get the right test and the right healthcare. Here is a place to find someone like me: http://www.glma.org. ...Read more

Most likely: However, HIV window period can be as long as a 6 months between infection and one of the older, less sensitive tests turning positive. And since you are sexually active - my recommendation is to tested regularly - and your PCP should be doing precisely that. ...Read more

Are exfoliative cheilitis and dry skin, indicates dendritic cell death on people with HIV infection? Are the two of those were HIV symptoms?

No: Hiv infects the t-helper cells and leads to their depletion. It does not affect the dendritic cells. Cheilitis or linear ulcers at corner of lips has a lot of causes including zinc deficiency and not necessarily indicative of hiv. Neither is dry skin. It's no more common in persons with HIV than the next person. ...Read more

16days ago i had sex (vaginal). No symptoms other then burning sensation in stomach. And cough has been there for two weeks. Anyway related tostd, hiv?

Unprotected sex: Sexually transmitted diseases & infections in men aren't usually associated w/burning sensation in stomach although depending upon what you mean by stomach, you may have a bladder infection or urethritis. Initial infection w/hiv may lead to "worse flu ever" (http://aids.Gov/hiv-aids-basics/hiv-aids-101/signs-and-symptoms/). So get tested if you're at risk. ...Read more
