No syphilis or HIV: For sure you don't have HIV or syphilis, no worries. You have been seriously over tested. The HIV duo test is conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after exposure, and the RPR syphilis at any time 6 weeks or more. YOu didn't need an FTA-ABS test, and all HIV tests beyond for weeks were wasted money. You also should have urine or vaginal swab tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea. ...Read more

Meanwhile, HIV is easily preventable because it is a virus that does not fly through the air and get you, nor does it sit on doorknobs waiting to jump on your hand. HIV is asymptomatic: There is no such thing as HIV symptoms at six months. Any symptoms ( which is a rare event) are transient and not persistent in early HIV. You are not HIV Positive. Your test at six months is definitely conclusive. Your symptoms represent something other than HIV. ...Read more
