Went to rest cheek on hand slipped knuckle hit temple 4 month ago now have been feeling slight dizzy related? I have been very stressed at work lately

It's very unlikely: That such a small impact as you described would cause the symptoms you have now. Severe, persistent stress can certainly cause physical symptoms, including those that you describe. Start with a thorough physical exam and basic blood tests. If everything's okay, a good counselor or therapist may be able to give you coping strategies or help you decide if this job is worth it. Dr. Anne. ...Read more

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, from what you described there may have been bleeding in the tissue. You may watch and wait. If the symptoms are getting better, let it heal naturally. If the pain worsens, swelling increases, skin breaks down or you get a fever, see a doctor.

I hit my temple about a week ago. After that I was fine but since then when I move my head the spot hurts a little. No other symptoms. I'm worried?

Not To Worry: Don't worry. That's a sensitive spot and the soreness can last a while. If there was anything really serious, it would have shown-up by now, especially in your age group. If you develop a serious headache or nausea then maybe you should let a doctor know, but the likelihood of that happening is really low. If you bump that same area again, it'll really hurt, so be careful. ...Read more

Can you get serious damage or give yourself a concussion from accidentally hit your temple? I hurried to pick up my phone, my fingers jabbed my temple.
