If you have a bad headache that gets worse, anything that seems abnormal, nausea, vomiting, etc. Go the er where you will have a ct scan that will probably be normal, an enormous bill, and be told you have a concussion. Get checked: The effects of concussions can vary and be unpredictable. It depends on the severity of the injury. The best thing is to give your brain complete rest. The more strain you place on your brain while it is attempting to heal, the more likely it is to slow down the healing process. It would be good to get re-evaluated by your doctor. Read more

Not likely: Unless you hit your head pretty hard, it's unlikely. Questions to ask yourself: did you experience loss of consciousness? dizziness? visual changes? nausea? altered mental status? Confusion? sleepiness? if you had no symptoms, and still don't, concussion recurrence from car ride unlikely. Read more

Concussion: You may have a post-concussive/traumatic headache. If the headache is accompanied by other symptoms (difficulty concentrating, irritability) then you might have post-concussion syndrome. Improvement in symptoms is based on many factors including severity and location of the concussion. See your physician if the symptoms persist. Http://www. Cdc.
