Worrisome symptoms include passing out, vomiting, seizure, weakness on one side of your body, increasing headache etc.

Head injury: It depends on whether you have any symptoms and how long ago this occurred. If it occurred more than a day ago and you feel alright, you can continue observation. No.: Any injury can cause damage to the superficial nerves in the skin and they may never recover from it. Sometimes people who get a shot in their arm or leg have an area of numbness just from that, that never goes away.
