Buckd off horse 9/7 hit back head. 9/8 sore stiff neck front. Swoll. Musc right side. Treating @ home. Is it worth get. Seen? Or is it muscle strain?

Its definitely muscl: Strain BUT have it checked to ensure you haven't broken any bones in the C spine.
If its was a simple strain, then its already been 2 months since injury and it should have been greatly improved.
Besides soreness and swelling, are you getting any other symptoms?
I suggest have it seen, so as to remove any doubt that a bony injury occurred.
good luck. ...Read more

See doctor: The vomiting could be from something structurally wrong in the brain--a blood clot, etc. However, fever would be unusual with head trauma in an acute setting. Observe: I presume that you unstated question is what to do. As the child did not lose consciousness, seems fine, and didn't cry, no acute medical evaluation is necessary at this time. Seizures: It is not uncommon to find no "cause" for seizures. Unlikely to be due to the venous angioma. Hypoglycemia can also cause seizure occasionally- to avoid that eat small frequent meals of low glycemic index foods. ...Read more

Yes: As long as not vomiting or severe headache or dizzy it is best to rest and put ice on your head and take some tylenol (acetaminophen). Sounds like you may have a mild concussion. ONly reason I could think which would warrant immediate attention with your current symptoms is if you were on a blood thinner. ...Read more
