Too soon: The symptoms of a new HIV infection (acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS) don't start before about 10 days. Maybe sometimes as soon as 7 days, but 3 days isn't possible. Also, as you apparently know, ARS usually includes sore throat, so that's also against HIV as the cause. It's something else. Needs more correctio: Ortho k can improve small amounts of myopia although it is a trade off of wearing a lens during the day for a "keeper" lens at night. It does not work for higher degrees of myopia nor does it stop progression. You may be in either of these categories.
