Not UTI: Back pain the left foot cannot be due to a simple uti. Back pain to the left foot is likely due to lumbosacral radiculpahty. The incontinence is likely from bladder dysfunction due to the same thing that's causing the back pain and radiculopathy and not uti. This could turn out to be a true medical emergency and suggest proper medical evaluation much sooner than later. ...Read more

Give it time: If you finished the race just recently, you might just have some irritation of your plantar fascia. If you can walk and this was recent, just ice it, stretch gently, and give it a little time (and i see you are taking advil, (ibuprofen) which is reasonable). I wouldn't jump to an xray or an MRI just yet! if your symptoms are all in your foot, and you don't have neurological symptoms, ok to wait. ...Read more

Will gynecology problems detect only through ultra sound or other test required? I have a left hip pain radiating to foot

Depends on problem: Transvaginal ultrasound, pap smear, and pelvic speculum and manual exam, and regular abdominal ultrasound are useful to detect gyn problems. However, it all depends what the working diagnosis is that needs to be confirmed by the best test available if warranted. You may need to have your left hip pain evaluated further, and see whether or not it's related to your miscarriage history, or any other pelvic/abdominal procedure you've had done in the past. ...Read more

Little pain on my left back hip pain, goes to my feet ultrasound report is normal. Is it endometriosis? If so does it trouble me to get pregnant?

Hip pain: If the pelvic ultrasound is normal then I would be more concerned that the pain in the posterior hip that radiates to the foot is coming from a pinched nerve. If this is the case it would not affect your ability to get pregnant. See a chiropractor or your family doctor. ...Read more

Pain on left side hip from front and back of leg travels to foot hard to walk very painful if sciatica is it bound to get hip pain and on both legs?

Rarely: usually sciatica stays on one side, occasionally can affect both sides, but if I were you, I would see a specialist, perhaps a urologist to determine the cause of your sciatica. That will give you a better answer as to what is going to happen. ...Read more
