There: There are a few different issues going on here. You should see your doctor for your hip pan. You will likely need an x-ray and pain medication while a diagnosis is sought. As far as your abdominal pain, this also needs to be investigated. You could have a build up of scar tissue or an issue with the mess. Lastly the vaginal discharge could be infectious (bacteria, yeast, etc) please see your doctor in order to address all your issues. Best of luck.
The bladder is a muscular organ in the pelvis that accepts urine from the kidneys, stores the urine at low pressure, & expels the urine during voluntary voiding. Though seemingly a simple reservoir, the bladder is a complex organ intricately connected with the brain and spinal cord with sensory, motor, and autonomic circuits. The muscular layer that contracts during voids ...Read more
I am 19.5 weeks pregnant and woke up with really bad right hip pain and pressure on my pelvis (as if my bladder is full but it's not). Normal?
Rupt. Dsk w/loss of bladder cntrl. Resulted in decomp. Lamenectomy on 9/12. No pain until 2 monts ago. Severe back and hip pain now. Will I need sgry?
See the surgeon: I would go back and see the surgeon that did your surgery, soon.
I don't either: There is nothing that pops right out about how they could be related, other than they are generally in the same area of the body! Not sure why you are palpating your bladder, but it sounds like an x-ray of the right hip is in order and a visit to your doctor for evaluation of these symptoms. Good luck!See 1 more doctor answer
4mm kidney stone xray showed it at L4. I've had a lot more pain & haematuria & now buttock/hip pain. Does that indicate the stone has moved to bladder?
Moved somewhat: It is known that these stones will hurt when they move. Bleeding will also occur. Can't always tell where it is by the pain. The closer to the bladder, the more likely you will feel it in the groin area or back. The best way to know where it is, is with an X-ray. Hope it passes quickly
In 2010 I underwent bladder prolapse surgery using a mesh sling. I have pain in lower back L4-5 region and pain in hip getting worse. Is there connect?
Unlikely: It would be unlikely for a mesh sling to have a causative effect as it is not placed anywhere near your spine area. Disc and other back issues would be much more common to investigate.See 2 more doctor answers

Read that bone pain is symptom of bladder cancer. Hip bone or pelvic bone pain? Have some other symptoms and bad pain in hip bone. Related?
Depends: If you have not had cancer, pain is most likely not due to cancer. In particular if it is chronic. Other causes of pain are much more likely.
I have movement in my abdomen. I have left it against my hip bone and ultra sound showed nothing. It moves several times a day and against my bladder?
The only: Thing that moves on its own to any degree that you would feel within the abdomen/pelvis is the bowel. Bowel loops normally contract and relax during digestion, as fluid, solid contents, and gas move along. Did they check you for a hernia? Bowel loops withing a hernia sac could cause a sense of movement in the inguinal region.
I have been experiencing lower back and hip pain for 3 weeks and the pain is increasing and worse when I am sitting.
See below: There are many causes of low back pain and hip pain. Often they are related. A bad hip can cause buttock, groin, and/or thigh pain. Sometimes a pinched nerve in the back can cause back, buttock, and thigh pain depending on which nerve is involved. If your pain does not improve or gets worse you should contact your physician to help identify the cause.See 1 more doctor answer
Hip pain esp during sleep. Almost like has catch n it but worse then pain during day after. Have to lay flat to ease off during the night?
Bursitis: Sounds like - pain on the outside of the hip along the bone is called trochanteric pain syndrome or bursitis. The tightness and catching can be due to a band of tissue the it band which has gotten tight and feels like it catches. Stretch by crossing your legs in a standing position and try to touch the sides of your ankles leaning over the side. Ice and antiinflammatories may help as well.
My sister is taking morphine for severe hip pain but hasn't had a full night rest in about a week. What can I do to alleviate the pain for her?
Severe pain: Morphine is top notch medicine for pain, but should be managed only by a pain specialist. There are other narcotic medications that may help, if indicated. In the mean time, heat should help. Over-the-counter zostrix (capsaicin) cream may help; be careful what you touch if you apply it. Medications like Ibuprofen are still indicated. Additional nonspecialist meds that may help are Amitriptyline or gabapentin.
Left hip pain at night and after sitting down after work. Pain in hip and shoots down leg at times. Worse at night in bed. No injury as far as I know.
Left hip pain: May be scaitica. Sitting is stress on spine. Consider ergonomic chair with lumbar support. At work change position (i.e. get up for a moment every 45 minutes to an hour) to shake out, Consider a trial of NSAIDS (motrin/alelve) and muscle relaxant (if not allergic). Rarely may also be related to ovaries/ colon, retroperitoneal issue so may consider ultrasound or CT abdomen. f/u w/ doc
I'm 17 yr old. I've struggled with hip pain before. Recently it's gotten worse to the point I can't rotate my hip. I didn't hurt it. Whatcould it be?
Be seen: Be examined and likely have an XR. There are many causes of hip pain other than trauma. All the best.
Lots of causes: Arthritis is the most common cause of groin pain. Other common causes would be hip impingement or a cartilage tear. Infection is very serious cause of hip pain that usually is very rapidly progressing and is often accompanied by fevers, chills, etc. You should have this evaluated asap.
SIJ?: 23y fem. W. unilateral "hip pain worse move/pressure" absent mechanical injury likely has sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder or soft tissue injury low back.
