Limit treatment.: If that effective rx is effective, complete a 3-4 week course of treatment. However, if the problem does not resolve, have it further worked up beyond the xrays. Get help: There is a lot of help now for people who can not afford there medication, walmart pharmacy for example has a "$4" list and I think flexeril is on it. Seeing info on benefits of red wine, but I take flexeril at night for sleep, Ultram in the am and sometimes at noon for pain. Is red wine a "no go?"
Not with Flexeril: Health benefits of red wine are limited to 1 serving/d for women and 2 servings/d for men. The sedative side effect of Flexeril is what you are using for sleep.
