Medial knee pain on both knees. Aching very badly, pulsing, hurt to squat or walk uphill. Hurts after icing. Knees give out occasionally. Pain 10month?
Too much, too soon?: Really tough to say over the computer. Maybe you did too much, too soon, without proper stretching before exercises and that caused your ankle sprain./strain to occur. Sounds like a sprain: Need to take a break from treadmill. Air cast might help.!ice it 15 min 3 times a day for 15in for 3 days then change to heat. How many stairs?: If one walks up steps, especially if overweight or out of shape, there can be pain in the muscles used most, thigh quadriceps. If this was a rare outing to climb a lot more steps than usual, then it is unlikely to be a health threat. Strain???: Hard to say if this is an injury that was waiting to show up, and the 10 mile run finally put you over the edge. Multiple things: This could be multiple different things, including separate issues. This could be a combo of lumbar and lower cervical radiculitis, +/- carpal tunnel syndrome +/- meralgia parasthetica. Hard to tell without more history.
