Can I still get scoliosis after I'm done growing. And could I have it, my symptoms are uneven shoulders and my hips get out of alignment.

Yes: It is possible. If someone has scoliosis prior to cessation of growing the scoliosis can increase gradually over time. When people get much older, arthritis of the discs and joints can cause scoliosis as well. Your pelvis/ hips can be out of alignment from a difference in leg lengths and cause a compensatory curve in the spine. If you are concerned see a physiatrist or spine md.
