Why is weightloss injections b12(1cc)&hcg(half cc) bad or unsafe(without 500calorie plan;just a reg weightloss prog), &what r the side effects?

It is safe: The HCG diet requires strict adherence to the original 500 calorie diet in order to work the way it is supposed to. It is very difficult to stay on 500 calories a day without the aid of hcg. Plus the HCG allows for ketosis which uses abnormal fat as its primary fuel source, so you lose 1-2 pounds of fat per day. The B12 gives more energy, which is why it is sometimes added to the mix. ...Read more

My doc says im aneamic and has prescribed me dexorange syrup it has iron folic acid and vitamin B12 but im afraid will it giv me any side effects?

Anemia treatmemt: Other than possible constipation, caused by iron, the syrup (s) your physician (p) prescribed will give harmless. Ask your p what you folate, (folic acid) iron and B12 values are. Very rare.: B12 usually does not cause reactions. Rare individuals with allergy to B12 or cobalt, a component of the B12 molecule, have been reported. Rash may last up to 4 months if that is what it is after stopping. However, if you are truly deficient and cannot absorb it from diet, and you don't get it any other way, consequences are severe.
