Need more info: Why were the tests done? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
The two results you mentioned are markers for urinary infection.

UTI: Hi, You might still have a residual infection but because you have taken Antibiotics your UA doesn't show Nitrate (depends on when you have taken the Antibiotics last).
Also I'm sure a kidney function has been done and also Urine Micro (the shape of RBC and WBC been looked at under Microscope), how much protein? If you have these info please let me know.

have fever and await culture result.
If you have hx. Of UTI make it a habit of using cranberry juice or tablets as a prophylaxis
