I'm experiencing slight sound distortion in my left ear (long term issue). I noticed it because louder high pitched sounds can be painful. What is it?
Can ultra sounds (high frequency noises over 2000hz) damage our ear in any way? Since we can`t detect them at all.Same goes for infrasounds, below20hz

Hi I've woken up to my right ear sort of ringing sound high pitch but only when there's noise so not when there quite?

Was outside in -10 C. Now left ear rings for as long as a sound is played or spoken. Just certain vocals and high pitched sounds.

Ear has been ringing, Also hurting on right side. Sound is muffled at high volume(public area). Checked with local doc says ear is fine.
