It depends: If you would like to do a low fat, low carb, high fiber diet, i'm assuming you'll be taking high protein as well. Then, make sure you take at least 60-70 grams or lean protein per day, less than 50 grams of carbs (fiber does not count), and keep the fat below 20 grams, all from fish or plant based. Question?: Do you eat late or snack before bed? Sometimes what people eat late can carry over to the next am and affect the bs. The other possibility is dawn phenomenon. Some people have higher morning blood sugars due to hormones which are highest in the am and they drive up the blood sugar also at that time. That depends: There are benefits to both soluble and insoluble fiber. They affect the gut bacteria in different ways. So it's hard to say if it's "as beneficial". If the wrap mostly organic, I would continue to include it in your diet and I would fill it with lots of fresh vegetables! ...Read more

To many variables!: It depends if you exercise a bit. You can be more liberal with carbs. Obviously if calories don't come from carbs, they come from protein and fat. Most people on a low carb diet consume 100-120g per day of proteinm 40-60g of carbs (after induction). Aside from fats in meat and dairy, go with nuts, monosaturated oils (olive, peanut, canola). I don't see how getting ketosis, which may reduce your appetite, can be good for the body. As for the high fat, too much saturated fat is likely harmful because it promotes inflammation.
