My son is almost 3, been puking with high fever for 5 days not eating or drinking anything. What do I do? Been to hospital.

Watch hydration: Your son is at risk for dehydration. Keep offering clear fluids- water, pedialyte and gatorade an oz at a time. If he is urinating less than 3 times in the day, he should be rechecked for dehydration. If he was seen at the hospital a few days ago, I would take him back to be rechecked today, especially if he is unable to keep fluids down. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the fever.
