Not likely: Ordinary sinus infections don't have direct affects on intraocular pressure. If by chance your sinus infection was so severe as to spread into the orbit (eye socket), then the associated pressure in the orbit can compress the eyeball and consequently raise iop. This latter infection (orbital cellulitis) is extremely serious and requires prompt medical and potential surgical management. ...Read more

Headache: It is not easy to answer without knowing the complete history and physical as well as the test results done so far.
