What are your thoughts on a vlc diet for weight loss in a 32yo w/high cholesterol? Had great stress echo 5yrs ago, no other issues besides anxiety.

Walk: The way i advise my patients is simply to begin a walking program. Start at low levels by just walking around your block every day and then increase your distance every 3 weeks or so by about 10-20%. I also recommend yoga to most of my patients.
