I've asked earlier bout my high blood pressure I took my BP meds it's been four hours since I took them and still feel weak headache and dizzy.

Treat the headache: Judy, why don't you try some NSAID for your headache? Like ibuprofen or naproxen. Acetaminophen works for some people. Lying down, resting in a dark room is also helpful. A cool compress on the forehead. I would advise you not to "chase your BP". If you take excess BP med, your BP will get too low when you're feeling better and that's actually more harmful than a bout of higher BP during stress. ...Read more

Blood pressure last night my dad felt dizzy and blood present was 138 and 100. He has high blood pressure history. What can we do to help lower?

Need to see Dr: If you mean his BP was 138/100, that should not have caused dizziness at that level in someone w/high bp, so should see dr for exam / testing to identify what is cause and to get BP med rx. Home/self-treatment very unlikely to get that range BP to normal levels. Good luck! ...Read more
