It is likely celiac: About 5 years ago there was a study published in american journal of gastroenterology done in sweden which showed blood antibodies fluctuate in adults even with celiac. Biopsy is still the definitive diagnosis. Try the gluten free diet. You should feel better. Must be 100% gluten free. Even small amounts of gluten will bring on symptoms. I'd relax for now: Your pain and stool fat changes sound like gall bladder disease, though proven not present. Was the gerd region biopsied? If so and negative, your comprehensive and perhaps more than appropriate workup shows within the limits of present technology, you don't have a detectable cancer. Longstanding gerd can be a pre-cancerous change over the years however and may warrant future follow-up endoscopy. ...Read more

Gall bladder disease: Cck is natural hormone that stimulates gall bladder to contract. If ultrasound exam shows no calculi or gall bladder thickening, this uusally means gall bladder dyskinesia.
