Not always: Urine testing is a good means by which infections and some stds such as chlamydia and gonorrhea can be detected however a lot of other infections and stds are also missed this way. You will need to be seen by a gynecologist for a pelvic exam and more detail testing to detect all infections. Herpes may present with blisters and burning as well. ...Read more

It may be jock itch: ...even if the Derm didn't find fungus on a slide or culture. Because the fungus can hide in the hair follicles, it may take longer than 10-14 days to get rid of it. If you still have symptoms, ask your Derm for a refill of Vytone.. Fungi like heat & moisture, so keep the affected area clean and DRY, apply anti-fungal powder after bathing & wear cotton boxer shorts. Good luck! ...Read more

Maybe chronic pelvic pain syndrome, or genital anxiety, not true prostatitis. You've been asking repeated questions. Follow your doctor's advice, or see an infectious diseases specialist or urologist. Your situation is too complex for a forum like this; don't expect any further advice. Good luck. ...Read more
Normal bacteria: I doubt you "suffer" from either of these bacteria. Both are entirely normal in the genital tract. "Biovar" is a technical term that doesn't mean anything here. U. parvum is the same as biovar 1, and U. urealyticum the same as biovar 2 -- just different names for the same things. They rarely if ever cause symtoms or disease and no treatment is necessary. Don't worry about it. ...Read more
Itchy vagina for 1 month. Tested negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, bv, trich and yeast. No pain, just itching. What could it be??
Examine your soap: You need to check and make sure that your underwear is fully rinsed if machine washed as the material can retain dried soap powder or liquid which will reactivate when confronted by a moist vulva. Secondly, make sure that you use only Dove, Ivory or Caress soaps on the vulva as other soaps are too harsh and can cause itching. ...Read more

Bothering you?: Such skin change is not curable but manageable if symptomatic. Nonetheless, without a detailed history about its onset, duration, degree, progress, evolution, and sequence of events of all symptoms + a direct look at, it is hard to offer accurate diagnosis and advice.
