Regular structures are generally not problems. Uniform and regular fluid filled sacs can be due to many reasons. Cancer or infection are not likely to be included. If, however, the sac is irregular, then infection or cancer are not impossible.

A growth: I assume this is a thyroid nodule which basically mean you have a growth on the thyroid. It's very common and not a cause for concern as long as you follow it again in the future to make sure if it's not growing. Biopsy of the nodule will help determine if it's benign or cancerous. More info needed: More background needed as to why the test was done and what symptoms you are having but without knowing anything else, it sounds like you may have a goitre which is an enlarged overactive thyroid gland.
