Gist. Your symptoms are in many ways consistent with overactive bladder syndrome. It's possible that you always have microscopic hematuria. At any rate, you do need a full urological evaluation to determine the exact diagnosis.

Difficult Question: If you have any remaining sludge or irritation the blood not seen by the human eye that shows on a dip test can stick around for a while and be normal.
