I have a super small, single, pencil point size sore feeling on my tough. Usually happens after eating spicy or acidity foods. Could it be herpes?

Herpes and syphilis: Sexually transmitted diseases are no fun. Therefore docs always recc prevention. Talk to your partner too- it can go along way. Herpes is usually multiple blisters and v painful. Syphilis on the other hand can come up as one sore only that ulcerates and may not be painful. There are other STDs but they are less common.
