I suspect I may have hernia in my lower right abdomen/waistline area. I have also had constipation/diarrhea and a bloated feeling on and off for the last week. Are these symptoms of hernia?

Hernia not the cause: Hernias don't cause constipation. If you have a hernia, and it's causing pain with bowel movements due to a large size, you should have it looked at soon by a general surgeon. You can find one interested in hernia disease at the Americas Hernia Society website.
