Yes but low risk: Acretta can develop even in women who have never had a c/section. Fortunately this is rare. The risk is much higher if the placenta is covering the prior c/section scar. With the placenta 4cm from the scar, your risk is very low (but not zero). Best wishes! ...Read more

Days to 1 to 2 weeks after a Cesarian delivery, an infection can develop in the uterine incision, the endometrial- myometrial tissues (endomyometritis) ...the surrounding organs, Falopian tubes, ovaries parametria....not 14 weeks later. Would be valuable to seek a Gyn reevaluation to determine the cause and get a treatment of your symptoms. ...Read more

Very common: Seromas are very common after laparoscopic ventral hernia repair. It is a bit unusual to develop after five months. I suspect it may have been there before hand and smaller form and could be getting larger. They usually don't require any treatment, but on occasion they need to be drained.
