3 1/2 yr old with constipation...Is miralax (polyethylene glycol) safe? If so, what is recommended dosage?
Yes-- but: It is still functional-- but if it is that old, it sounds like you are no longer under a doctor's care. It is never a good idea to take medicine unless your doctor knows about it. You might have been placed on new medicines that interact with it, or, at the very least, you need to have someone to call if you have side effects. ...Read more

Thoughts about dental bridge made of Zirconium. Any issues cons /pros please. My 4 unit bridge (#11 -14) made of Porcelain/PFM broke off 2 times. ?
Etiology: Must determine reason for failure. Did ceramic break or did bridge come off teeth ? #11 - 14 is a long span if only supported by those 2 teeth. #11 does double duty as it is a corner transition tooth and gets loaded in many directions. Overloading the bite and insufficient tooth to support this are most common causes. See a Prosthodontist for opinion. Consider 2 implants #12,13. Good Luck. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

What for?: Why do you feel the need to take so much fish oil? First of all, you are better off getting your fish oil directly from fish like wild alakan salmon or sardines. Second, high concentrations of fish oil can cause anti coagulation that can make you susceptible to bleeding. Good health will not come from a pill. ...Read more
