Supplements is also known as Vitamins and supplements. A dietary supplement, also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement, is a preparation intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that may be missing or may not be consumed in sufficient quantities in a person's diet. Not really: If you are asking for a diet pill to loose weight, I do not think that there is one, this will be the next big discovery. Sticking to whole natural foods, limiting your portion size, cutting simple carbs out of your diet, and regular excerise are your best bet for long term sustained and steady weight loss. ...Read more
Many: If you're going to eat seeds, they should be organic, raw ones. Chia seeds come to mind, because they are high in omega-3 fatty acids. Most of us don't get nearly enough of these essential fatty acids in our diets. Also pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, and sesame seeds. Any of these can be eaten as food - you don't have to take a supplement capsule. ...Read more
Dopamite: Like most 'supplements' the buyer should be aware: that they do not work. The quality of any supplement can never be assured first of all. Second, look for magical ingredients from strange plants in exotic places: those places are great to visit on vacation, but using chopped up and dried extracts of some plant from far away is another thing altogether. Add this 4-5 times weekly and you should see a change. ...Read more
Wouldn't : Recommend any...No good short cuts with sustained long term results. ...Read more
Practically anything: Just remember, don't take anything for at least 30 minutes after your thyroid dosing - no vitamins, no milks, no prescriptions, etc. You can have clear liquids. ...Read more
No ideal supplement: Exercise is indeed the best way to lose weight. I recommend LIFTING WEIGHTS because that increases muscle- which will continually burn fat, even while you're NOT working out. It may seem counterintuitive- but I've seen better results that way. I don't recommend any 'magic pills'/supplements although there's lots of crap out there. If anything green tea might help since it will speed up metabolism. ...Read more
Anything that you take other than the usual meals are dietary supplements. Many people are taking supplementary vitamins and minerals because our diets today are so artificial. God-made food contains these essential non-caloric nutrients and that is what ...Read more
