If u still have itch: Itching could be a resistant yeast, or other bacteria, or an allergic reaction to cream or clothes , or sometiems a vulvar dystrophy or can be herpes as sometimes herpes can cause itching without seeing obvious open sores, hopefully you are seeing a gyn and not a lesser provider since the most obvious treatment did not work. ...Read more

Yeast?: The main cause of vulvar itching is yeast infection. HPV doesn't cause itching. Mild herpes outbreaks may itch, with few other symptoms, but the itching would be localized to a particular spot, gone in a few days, and not recur until at least a few weeks later. Best to see a doctor for proper diagnosis. Or try an OTC yeast treatment, but for sure see your doctor if itching persists. ...Read more
