If u still have itch: Itching could be a resistant yeast, or other bacteria, or an allergic reaction to cream or clothes , or sometiems a vulvar dystrophy or can be herpes as sometimes herpes can cause itching without seeing obvious open sores, hopefully you are seeing a gyn and not a lesser provider since the most obvious treatment did not work. ...Read more

Prolapse/long cervix: If you haven't had any risk factors for prolapse--childbearing, obesity, lifting heavy things, straining--then another possibility is simply a very long cervix. Yeast?: The main cause of vulvar itching is yeast infection. HPV doesn't cause itching. Mild herpes outbreaks may itch, with few other symptoms, but the itching would be localized to a particular spot, gone in a few days, and not recur until at least a few weeks later. Best to see a doctor for proper diagnosis. Or try an OTC yeast treatment, but for sure see your doctor if itching persists. ...Read more

Pruritis: This mean itching and it could be due to anything. Would check first on the potential for your reacting to medications you may have been using to treat the yeast infection, but the best thing to do would be to see your doctor and have them do a thorough history and exam and diagnose you appropriately.
