Depends what it is: Seeing your doc will help to sort this out. But, it sound like you could have lateral epicondylitis. Hurts with gripping, grabbing, pulling. Sharp and/or dull pain at the lateral elbow. That radiates up into the arm and down into the forearm. You may need testing: Sounds like either a neck problem, or an intrinsic shoulder problem. Please see an orthopaedic physician as you need to determine the source of the pain. Just a guess...: It may be because it is not covered by insurance and can be expensive, making it less likely to be prescribed. Drs may also want to come up with a source of the muscle tension and focus on treating that. Massage therapy can provide relief in some people and in some the tension comes back. First thing: Is to have a diagnosis . Abdominal cramp could be caused due to several reasons . When a symptoms develop , we traditionally ask what else ? So , what else do you have ?Any diarrhea , constipation , nausea , vomiting , blood in the stools? Could be irritable bowel syndrome but can not tell for sure .
