Shooting pain in my lower right arm occasionally will go into upper arm and feel as if my muscle is cramping. Made worse by hand use. What is it?
Overuse injury: Without more information, it sounds like you're experiencing pain near your forearm/wrist area, possibly due to overusing that body part. You may have a tendinitis or muscle/ligament strain, which radiates upward when you move your hand. If you're doing some repetitive movement with that hand/lower arm area, try to modify how you do things with that arm so you can rest the affected area. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
