Is hyperbaric oxygen treatment is really an effective treatment for stroke problems such as hand tremors?
Possibly not: If the lowered vision is in part due to a refractive error, than lasik will improve that portion of the vision. So if glasses help the vision, then lasik will help to that degree. If the lowered vision is from nystagmus, lasik will not alter that eye movement and the vision will remained lowered. It is a combination of the two. Also, if the nystagmus is not controlled, lasik can't be done. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Life: Sports, fast-paced hobbies, perhaps even video games. Structured repetition of the particular skill-set you want to develop is generally the best way to develop it. Of course, if there's a disease limiting one's reflexes and coordination i.e. Parkinson's or Alzheimers, then we might have some options. ...Read more
Hand Tremor/ depression.Diagnosed as early stage Parkinson. Is there med. or herbal way to stop hand tremor completely.Pexola 0.375mg helps little.

If your total daily dose is 0.375mg, you have a lot of room to increase (as long as the side effects aren't bad). Unfortunately, the resting tremor of PD is arguably best treated by moving or finding a better PD medicine. ...Read more

See your neurologist: Parkinson's disease affects voluntary muscle movement in any part of the body. If the eyelid is not lifting unless you do so with your fingers, this is called ptosis. It may be associated with parkinson's but can also occur on its own. Treatment may include surgical repair. If the lid is forcefully shut and cannot be easily lifted, this is a spasm which may need different treatment. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
No: Astigmatism is caused by an irregularity in the cornea or lens of the eye which causes images to be out of focus. Imagine having slush on your window or a ding in the glass-changing the thickness of the glass won't let you see any better. Astigmatism is not correctable by any muscle manipulation. See a good optometrist to determine if contact lenses or special glasses can improve your vision. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
