Metamucil: Metamucil does not cause bright green stools. Stool color can change on its own, and bright green is not only not abnormal, it's just fine. Last week I vomited and had pain in the upper abdominal area. I am now on Pantoprazole and have been getting dark green stools. What is causing this?
