Herbal Treatment For Foul Smelling Discharge
I'm having a yellowish/ green foul smelling discharge, i got treated for yeast, it didn't go away so now they are treating it again. Is yellow normal?
Maybe not yeast?: Yellowish green foul smelling discharge does not sound typical for a yeast infection. Did you get tested for other infections such as trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, chlamydia? These are treated much differently. Speak with your doctor and go through other possible causes for your discharge. Best of luck.
Foul smelling vaginal discharge is a symptom in which the material coming from a woman's vagina has somewhat of a bad odor. Get tested : There are several causes of bad smelling vaginal discharge and testing is needed to determine the cause and treatment. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis. Early prenatal care: Is important. Do you have access to a county health clinic, or a free clinic in your area. "rural health clinics" have to take all patients regardless of ability to pay on a "sliding scale". You are right to seek care.
Fordyce spots spreading/swelling? Is a foul smelling discharge normal when swollen ones sometimes squeezed?
Here are some...: Fordyce's spots are ectopic sebaceous glands, which have no external connection like those with hear follicles. Therefore, they are unlikely to have infection. If infected, they are more likely the sebaceous glands of hair follicles, leading to foul odor due to infection like acne. Nonetheless, seek an evaluation with a direct look at and counseling.See 1 more doctor answer

No: The ovaries are not connected to the uterus or vagina. An ovarian cyst is a separate issue from malodorous vaginal discharge. This is a sign of infection, such as bv, and should be evaluated and treated. This is especially important if you are having pelvic pain that you are assuming is an ovarian cyst, but might actually be a sign of a pelvic infection!
PH changes: Foul smelling discharge is most commonly associated with changes in the ph or acidity/alkalinity of your vagina. Food and alcohol can affect ph, bacterial infections can affect ph. Ejaculate too. There are a variety of environmental causes of foul smelling discharge. Having said that, the changes in your hormones before a period (decline in estrogen) may be causing this as well.
I thought I had A pimple in my groin area but upon squeezing it there was a foul smelling discharge and now it looks like a big hole. Very painful.
When I go to bathroom to urinate and wipe it's always brownish stuff on papertowel and I have foul smelling discharge. What could it be and what can I do?
Brown Discharge: The brown discharge is probably blood. Many problems can cause unexpected bleeding: cervix bleeding, polyps in cervix or uterus, fibroids, even cancer. The foul smell could indicate infection. Infection can also cause bleeding. I suggest that you get a gynecological exam to look for any serious problems. We have effective treatments but you need a diagnosis. Best wishes.See 2 more doctor answers

S/p c section: The discharge following childbirth in general and after c section can be pretty foul. If he ruled out a possible infection, then dont worry. Practice good hygeine and wait for your body to normalize. :)
6 weeks pregnant...Set for abortion in a day...Foul smelling discharge...What do u do first..Check in weird smell or do abortion then check?
Abortion and vaginal: I suggest you inform the doctor who is going to perform the procedure. He will evaluate you and decide if you need antibiotic treatment prior to the procedure . If you have infection of the cervix or vagina you will benefit from treatment prior to the abortion. Either ways i will still suggest you discuss with your doctor first before getting the priceduec.
