Probably, but why?: Most of the herbal remedies touted for treating adhd have some type of stimulant such as caffeine as the major active ingredient. Studies are scant to nonexistent, and manufacturing of these products are not under fda scrutiny. Caffeine is a weak stimulant with a short half-life, so it may help but probably wll require multiple doses. Prescription products are much better studied and effective. ...Read more

Myoclonus: Often medical providers use medication to treat myoclonus. Sometimes palatal myoclonus does not need any treatment. Coxsackie B: Recurrent pericarditis is unlikely to be due to a bacteria. It is possible that Borrelia Burgdorferi infection or Moyamotoi can cause it although it is not widely accepted as a cause The most likely explanation is Coxsackie B infection. So I would check serologies and if positive you have only symptomatic treatment. Indomethacin can work well. Steroids also as might be the case here but should generally be avoided in viral infections. I would not let the neutrophilia put you off whether it is due to the steroids or not. ...Read more
