Please do not mix: natural and prescribed hormone medications. It will throw the dose off and can damage your thyroid. Ask your doctor about "Armour Thyroid" medication. PCOS: Spearmint tea does not reduce testosterone levels to the degree necessary to assist with PCOS. It also does not have a clinical effect on thyroid hormone production. There are medications to induce ovulation if you are trying to conceive, but oral BCP are the best therapy for PCOS, and prevent other problems with PCOS. ...Read more

No value: If you have an underactive thyroid you need thyroid hormone replacement not maca liquid herbal extract. The dose of thyroxine may not be optimized early in its use and you need your doctor to keep an eye on your dose.
