Probably safe but...: There are some concerns gingko with fluoxetine might increase risk of seizures but it's unlikely. There are no known interactions with maca. BUT these are unlikely to help. The best solution is to stop fluoxetine and try different treatments but this should only be done with help of a doctor. Other antidepressants such as bupropion cause less dysfunction.
