See below: Agree w/ dr. Do you have cataplexy also? If so, you may want to discuss w/ your sleep doctor about xyrem as well as a few antidepressants. If you don't have cataplexy, besides the traditional stimulants, Provigil and Nuvigil can be used in narcolepsy. Also, strattera (atomoxetine) can be considered.
