What to do if I have rings around my eyes when I was a preteen. if you have kayser-fleischer rings does it mean you have wilsons disease or could it be something normal?
Let's sort this out: You had rings around your IRISES (actually the plural is irides, but never mind), not your "eyes" (like a raccoon) when you were young and they went away? That's the opposite of what happens with Kayser-Fleischer rings. If you're normal at 35, you don't have Wilson's disease. What to do is nothing. Give my regards to Broad Street. (My compliments for spelling Kayser-Fleischer correctly, BTW.) ...Read more

Not known: There are definitely herbal medicines which may produce chronic liver disease and a variety of other problems. Otc substances are not controlled by the fda, and as such you have little guarantee of what they contain. There are numerous reports in the literature of people being substantially harmed by toxic materials within these herbal preparations. Be careful. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Nothing approved: Although, you may find claims on the web of people having taken "natural" supplement/herb that helped them cure legionnaire's, there's nothing approved or shown to be effective in studies. What is the best natural/herbal supplement and/or foods for preventing alzheimer's disease nhs keeping the brain healthy?
Probably Curcumin: This question is hard to answer because of the need for more research, but at the moment i would say curcumin, derived from turmeric. Curcumin clearly has anti-alzheimer's properties but is poorly abosrbed; a patented form, meriva, is up to 28 times better absorbed but holds promise.
