Her 2 is an acronym for human epidermal growth factor receptor. This protein may be present on the surface of about 1 out of 5 breast cancer cells as a result of a unique gene mutation. When present, we call this her2-positive breast ca & indicates that it may be more aggressive and less responsive to hormone therapy. However there are special chemotherapy agents that may be more effective & used.

In 10-15% of breast cancers it is amplified (multiple copies producing a lot of the protein) which is associated with a more aggressive tumor. Fine: Most of the effects of the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) are worn off by now. What dose was it?We generally do not give cough or cold preparations until age 6. I assume you mean 1/2 tsp del sum? This would be unlikely to harm her but just not usually given. All the best ...Read more
