Prednisone, etc..: There is apparently no specific therapy for this. If there is an underlying cause, it should be treated. Otherwise, Prednisone and/or an chemotx., like Dexamethasone and Bortezomib or melphalan. Autologous bone marrow transplant with stem cell rescue can be done but patients are often too weak for this.
