Not much: Symptomatic external hemorrhoids are large and very painful, occasional bleeding; the pain will be so intense that you may have to see a surgeon or go to the ER. If it doesn't hurt much avoid constipation by eating more fiber and drinking plenty of water, do warm sits bath 3 times a day follow by hemorrhoid cream after each bath and after each BM. Potentially: You are at risk of blood loss with the blood thinner (the aspirin) and the hemorrhoid and with cutting red meat, you are cutting iron intake which helps replete that. That is not to say that this is the only explanation for the drop. Serial monitoring of the hemoglobin and appropriate work up is warranted if it continues to drop. ...Read more
