I would not worry about slight bleeding. That area would take time to heal. You can take sitz bath. (sit in a warm tub for 15 minutes couple of times a week.
You can phone your doctor for any bothering issue.
Naturally.inflammation in that vicinity may cause pain to the urinary tract, again check with your doctor
