More info needed: It would be helpful to know your age. A 27cm ovarian cyst has a low chance of being cancer in a young women in her 20s; however, in an women in her 60s it would be very worrisome for cancer. No matter what your age, you should have it surgically removed. Slow down a bit...: Ok, you have a lot of issues just recently identified. I'm doubtful you have any cancer. Your biggest concern appears to be the ovarian cyst, which is probably benign, but you need to be evaluated by your gyn. The hernia is an elective process, and the liver cyst is probably congenital.
