if you are not experiencing any urinary symptoms and are not pregnant, there is no indication to treat you. A culture could be done.
If you are having problems, then the findings should be considered real and a urine culture obtained and you should be started on antibiotics.

I hav a 13mm endometrium lining with a small polyp inside my ovary after 3 days of periods, I'm 26, not sexually active, low on hemoglobin, what is it?

Clarification: It is not typical to have a polyp on the ovary. Polyps are common in the endometrium or on the cervix. Cysts are common on the ovary. Your Obgyn should be able to clarify what was going on. If you have low hemoglobin this means you are anemic. Your obgyn can also discuss options to help with this. My hemoglobin is11.90gms n serum calcium is8.3 and polymorphs count is 77%. So I need ur help so I can over come my deficiency n whts is polymorhs?

If feel well, ignore: Your hemoglobin ; calcium are very slightly low for most labs; your physician might check you for iron deficiency ; whether Albumin is slightly low to explain. None: The medical causes of 'fatigue' have been ruled out. There are no more tests. On my lab work, one test said "HEMOGLOBIN UR: 2+". Can you tell me what this indicates? I was on last day of period but didn't see blood in urine cup.

Probably OK: Positive urine dip stik for Hemoglobin is common. Particularly if you were stillon your period. This also occurs with NSAIDS and blood thinners being most common. Not to overlook serious problems, I will repeat the test on 2-3 weeks and be guided by results. In your case at 45 repeat urinalysis in 2-3 weeks is best advice. If the positive test persists, more complete evaluation is next. ...Read more
